Honors UNA Requirements Contract

This contract is entered into on this day, __________, by and between the University of North Alabama (hereinafter referred to as “UNA”) and the student (hereinafter referred to as “the Student”).

WHEREAS, UNA offers an honors program for its students; and

WHEREAS, the Student wishes to enroll in the honors program and agrees to abide by the requirements set forth by UNA;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
