RubberGulf strictly follows mentioned below terms and conditions for return and exchange:

We try our level best to facilitate our valued customers to exchange their Product (s) purchase made from online, under the following terms and conditions.

Customers can exchange articles from RubberGulf E-Store within 14 days from the date of order placement. Product (s) must be in its original condition and unused. RubberGulf will not accept product (s) where proper care instructions are not being followed.

Replacement shall only be entertained if the customer wants to exchange within same category depending upon the availability of the stock. All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our RubberGulf Online warehouse. If RubberGulf quality team found that the articles were used, washed, mishandled or not in its original state then we will not be able to consider the return.
